http://www.anywhere.fm/; I had exactly this idea (S3-hosted, iTunes-synching online music player) probably six months ago (when did this come out?), and even built a working prototype. I didn't use Flash, though, so the going was slow. These guys can do much more than I would ever have been able to. Great work!
